Initial Consultation & Scalp Analysis
Consultation session is a time to discuss all your hair concerns and have a careful and thorough scalp examination to determine the cause of hair loss and to make diagnosis.
This session lasts an hour. Other contributing aspects to healthy hair such as nutrition, lifestyle, medical and family hair loss history will also be discussed to get to the right diagnosis of your hair loss.
Laboratory Tests: In some cases, laboratory tests maybe recommended, including blood tests, to assess hormone levels, nutritional deficiencies, or underlying medical conditions that can impact hair and scalp health.

Follow-up Consultation
For existing clients only. Depending on how your initial consultation goes, follow up consultations may be required to review on all recommendations made. The follow up appointments can take place between 1-3 weeks after initial consultation depending on your hair loss to give time for visible results to show up. This session only runs for 30 mins.

Hair Coaching & Hair Care
Hair care is very essential to maintaining healthy hair so we also provide hair coaching sessions that is packed with information and essential products that will give your hair the care it needs to prevent initial or further hair loss or hair conditions. Sessions run for an hour where the proper way to use hair product will be demonstrated so its best to have hair without any products or hairstyles when attending. You can also come along with your hair care products and tools to allow discussion around whether are are used appropriately and to ensure the right products for your hair are used.

Hair loss Counselling
At 360° Hair & Scalp clinic, we understand that losing your hair can be a scary experience as its not something you can prepare for in a meaningful way. We understand that loss of hair can change our appearance, our identity and self-esteem and it can show up in many areas of our lives so at 360° Hair & Scalp clinic, we offer hair loss counselling to support anyone distressed about their hair loss and would like to share how they feel. Tips and guides will be provided alongside treatment plans to reverse hair loss where possible in order to regain confidence.
